What is the Ignyte Custom Ring Builder Experience?

The Ignyte Custom Ring Builder experience is a unique collection exclusive to Secrets By Amaar, where creativity, individuality and craftsmanship come together creating your dream piece of jewellery.

What metals and gemstones are available for my custom ring?

A choice of two stones 1) Lab-grown Simulants 2) Premium Certified Lab-Grown Diamonds. Our stones are of the highest quality for cut, colour and clarity.The gold we use is 100% certified recycled gold and you can also upgrade to Platinum.

How long does the design-to-delivery process take? 

Once you have designed your ring and given the go ahead to create it, our Artisan Jewellers will expertly craft your ring, and it will be delivered in 5-6 weeks.

Can I modify my design after beginning the online process?

Unfortunately no, once you have designed and approved your ring and it is being crafted, we can’t modify it.

What support is available if I need help while designing online?

Our dedicated online support teams are available to assist you through your design process or you can schedule a one-on-one virtual appointment by clicking on the button above.

How do I schedule an in-store appointment for the Ignyte experience?

We have several buttons throughout our website for you to click on to make an instore appointment or a virtual one. If you have trouble locating this button, we are here to assist by contacting our customer service team on onlineassist@secretsbyamaar.com.

Do I need an appointment for in-store visits?

No at all, we welcome anyone into store to view, design and shop our collection, however, to be guaranteed a one-on-one presentation we suggest you make a booking.

How is ethical sourcing and sustainability maintained in my custom ring?

Our gold is 100% certified recycled gold, and our stones are grown in laboratories and not mined from the Earth.

What aftercare, warranty, and support services are offered for custom jewellery?

We offer a Jewellery Care Plan with every item purchased. This plan has a nominal fee and offers several services to keep your jewellery looking like new. We invite you back into store every 6 months to have your jewellery cleaned and inspected to ensure it is as good as new. If you purchased your jewellery online, then you can send it back to our customer service team where they will look after you.
