At Secrets by Amaar, we are committed to delivering your jewellery with care, precision and transparency.


1. General Processing Information

1.1 Business Days exclude weekends and public holidays.

1.2 Timeframes begin once your order is confirmed and payment has been approved.

1.3 If your order includes both in stock and custom items, we may ship items together once all pieces are ready. If you require split shipment, please contact us prior to dispatch. Additional shipping fees may apply.


2. Order Processing Time

2.1 Standard processing time is 5 to 10 Business Days depending on stock availability.

2.2 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next Business Day.

2.3 Ready to Ship Items

(a) Items marked as ready to ship and held in our central warehouse are typically dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation.

(b) The 48 hour timeframe does not apply where the item requires resizing, quality control adjustment, store transfer or identity verification.

2.4 Store Sourced Items

(a) If an item is located within our retail network, we may source it from store prior to dispatch.

(b) These orders generally dispatch within 5 to 10 Business Days.

2.5 Custom and Ignyte Orders

(a) Ignyte and other custom or made to order pieces are created specifically for you.

(b) Estimated production timeframes are displayed on the relevant product page.

(c) Custom rings or items requiring resizing may require additional production time.

2.6 During promotional or peak periods, additional processing time may apply.


3. Shipping Options & Costs

3.1 Australia

Free Express Shipping applies to all Australian orders.

3.2 International

  • Orders over $799 AUD: Free shipping via Australia Post or FedEx Express.
  • Orders under $799 AUD:
    • New Zealand: $25 AUD
    • USA and Canada: $53 AUD
    • Other countries: $53 AUD

3.3 Prices are displayed in AUD and include GST. GST is removed at checkout for international orders where applicable.


4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

4.1 Delivery timeframes commence once your order has been dispatched.

4.2 Australia

  • Metro areas: 1 to 2 Business Days after dispatch
  • Regional and rural areas: 4 to 7 Business Days

4.3 During sales or peak periods, please allow additional time.

4.4 International

Estimated delivery is typically 5 to 10 Business Days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance.

4.5 Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


5. Tracking & Delivery

5.1 You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

5.2 All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

5.3 If no one is available at the delivery address, the carrier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection.


6. Store Collection

6.1 Where store collection is selected, you will be notified once your order is ready.

6.2 The person collecting the order must present valid government issued photo identification matching the order name and the order confirmation.

6.3 We reserve the right to refuse release of Goods where identity cannot be satisfactorily verified.

6.4 If a third party is authorised to collect the order, written authorisation and identification may be required.


7. Risk and Title

7.1 Risk in the Goods passes to you upon delivery or collection.

7.2 If you authorise a parcel to be left unattended, you accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage once delivery has occurred.

7.3 Title passes once full payment has been received.


8. Out of Stock or Delays

8.1 Some styles may be temporarily unavailable during busy periods.

8.2 If an item is unavailable, we may attempt to source it from one of our retail stores.

8.3 We will contact you if any material delay occurs.


9. Fraud Prevention and Identity Verification

9.1 To protect our customers and business, we may conduct verification checks prior to dispatch.

9.2 Verification may include confirming billing and delivery details, contacting you to verify order information, or requesting identification for high value transactions.

9.3 We may delay dispatch or cancel an order where payment or identity cannot be satisfactorily verified.

9.4 Where an order is cancelled due to failed verification, payment will be refunded to the original payment method.


10. International Customs & Duties

10.1 International orders may be subject to duties, taxes or import charges imposed by the destination country.

10.2 These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

10.3 Customs clearance delays are outside our control.
