• The Secrets by Amaar 14 Days of Gifting promotion is available online from 9:00am AEST Monday 2 November 2026 until 11:59pm AEST Sunday 15 November 2026.
• Throughout the Promotional Period, a series of exclusive offers will be progressively released on selected products and collections. Each offer will become available from its respective launch date and remain active until the conclusion of the Promotional Period, unless otherwise expressly stated.
• Multiple promotional offers will be available concurrently throughout the campaign. Offers apply to selected eligible products and may vary in discount, qualifying purchase requirements, product eligibility, and exclusions. Specific offer details will be communicated at the time of each offer's release.
• Product eligibility may change throughout the Promotional Period as new offers are introduced. Where a product becomes eligible for a newly released offer, it may be removed from a previously available offer. The applicable promotional discount will be reflected in the product's current advertised offer and at checkout.
• Each eligible product may participate in only one promotional offer at a time. Promotional discounts cannot be combined or stacked on the same product unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Where an offer requires a minimum purchase quantity or spend threshold, only eligible products and qualifying purchases will contribute towards the applicable promotional discount. Additional conditions may apply to individual offers.
• Promotional discounts will be applied automatically at checkout or through a designated promotional code, where specified. Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively.
• Selected exclusions may apply, including certain products, collections, gift cards, repairs and jewellery cleaning products. Clearance and custom-order products may be eligible for selected offers where expressly indicated. Product eligibility and exclusions will be specified within the relevant promotional offer.
• All promotional products are subject to availability. No rain checks will be issued. Promotional pricing is valid only during the applicable offer period and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.
• Purchases made during the Promotion are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or credit notes for change of mind, subject to the returns policy applicable at the time of purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
• Where a refund is required, the amount refunded will reflect the price paid for the relevant item, subject to applicable consumer law.
• Secrets by Amaar reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw an offer where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable consumer laws and without affecting customers' existing statutory rights.
• All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
